Return Process

  Visit our online Support Center and enter your order number and email address to begin the return authorization process.

  Pack Your Product

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and remote controls to ensure a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Securely tape the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location and retain your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
